Great for those patients that need more than every day lid hygiene. Leave on formulation for those that need anti-inflammatory properties. Predictable results in an easy to use container. Love that there is a family of products for every patient.
This product is excellent for patients with anterior blepharitis and atopic issues that lead to drying/cracking of the periocular skin. The natural emollients in Platinum replace the normal, healthy oils that might otherwise be stripped away by harsh surfactant cleansers. One patient -- an individual with bilateral corneal grafts and severe ocular surface disease - told me that this product literally changed her life. Very happy to endorse any product that has such a profound impact on patients!
